It has been confirmed that Taylor Nesseth, a nineteen year old from Ontario, Canada, was unfortunately the young girl that passed away today at Vans Warped Tour in Toronto in the middle of Chelsea Grin’s set. Warped Tour has yet to make an official statement, but a heart attack seems to have been the cause of her death.
